Return of goods

  1. Return conditions:

1.1. The goods must be accompanied by their original labels and packaging;

1.2. Goods must be returned in their original condition, free from damage and signs of wear;

1.3. When returning an item, you must enclose a returns form;

  1. Situations where a return may be partial or refused:

2.1. Returns must be made within 14 days of the original date of purchase;

2.2. Hygiene stickers are removed from underwear or swimwear;

2.3. Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

3. Return:

The goods can be returned by the following Omniva parcel machine – “Valdlauči TOP parcel machine” (Atpūtas iela, Valdlauči, Ķekavas novads) or DPD Pickup parcel wardrobe – Paku Skapis TOP Valdlauči. The goods must be returned with a refusal form. When making the aforementioned  parcel post, please indicate the telephone number of the website +371 28384676 as the recipient’s contact information. You can now get a free return code(page) for orders placed in Latvia. For Omniva parcels, it is received in a text message, from DPD Pickup parcel lockers it is possible to receive a return card by writing to our e-mail.   1. Cashback:

We will refund the money for the returned item within 14 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation (provided that the returned item is in the same condition as the original).
