How soon will I receive my goods?
All products available in the e-shop are in stock. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Only on public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, we will dispatch your order after 24 hours. We always try to send out the parcels on time. Once the parcel is placed in an Omniva parcel machine or DPD parcel locker, it will reach you within a few days.
How can I track my order?
After you place your order, a copy of your order will be sent to the email address you have provided, showing the tracking number.
Where do I enter the discount/coupon code?
There are two options – when viewing the basket (coupon code field) or at the end of the purchase (at the very top, the option – Coupon available? Click here to enter the voucher code).
What should I do if the voucher code is not active/not working?

How do I choose the right size for my product?
To find the right size for you, we recommend you take a look at our size guide. Given that there is only one manufacturer, if you know your correct size, you will not need to re-measure each time.
How can I find an item by a specific code?
In the top right corner of the page there is a search sign where you can enter the product name or code to select the available products.
I have returned a product, when will my money be refunded?
We will refund the money for the returned item within 14 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation (provided that the returned item is in the same condition as the original).
